The Supreme Court are Selling You Out
Analysis of Supreme Court Ruling on Nationwide Injunctions
Assault on Democracy Authoritarian RiskRationale
The ruling undermines judicial oversight of executive actions, allowing for greater executive power without checks. This erosion of the rule of law potentially facilitates authoritarian practices by reducing judicial ability to challenge executive overreach.
Donny’s pals on the Supreme Court have just done him another solid. In a ruling that reeks of corruption and cowardice, the court has once again sided with the would-be autocrat, granting him yet more unchecked power as he continues his slow-motion demolition of American democracy.
This wasn’t justice. It was complicity.
In yet another predictable three-to-six split (no prizes for guessing which justices kissed the ring), the court handed down a decision that will effectively block lower courts from reining in Donny’s abuses. That means the judges who were brave enough to hold him accountable? Silenced. Neutered. Overruled.
Here they are, the people who let you down, again. How history will remember them:
- Amy Coney Barrett
- Brett Kavanaugh
- Clarence Thomas
- John Roberts
- Neil Gorsuch
- Samuel Alito
The ruling effectively enables Donny to abolish a right enshrined in the US Constitution for 157 years - and now there's almost nobody who can stop him
So now, as Donny barrels forward with his campaign of vengeance and strongman cosplay, the judiciary, the very institution meant to check this kind of madness - has decided to fold. To enable. To empower.
Let’s be clear: The Supreme Court is supposed to be the last firewall. The final defense of the Constitution. The sober institution that says “no” when everyone else says “yes, sir.”
Instead? They failed you. Again.
They’ve made a choice, not for justice, not for democracy, but for Donny. And you should be furious.
Because when the highest court in the land stops defending the law and starts defending a man, that’s not democracy anymore.
That’s how autocracies begin.
California Governor Gavin Newsom sues Fox News over alleged defamation
There's a rule: If you don't agree with Donny you're a "Radical Left Lunatic". And so Donny has branded Gavin Newsom because he's one of the few standing up to Donny's madness and calling out his bullshit.
Newsome is now suing Joke news channel, Fox News, in a $787 million defamation lawsuit, accusing the network of misrepresenting a phone call between him and Don One.
The lawsuit alleges that Fox News, particularly host Jesse Watters, edited a video to falsely claim that Newsom lied about the timing of the call, which occurred amid protests in Los Angeles following federal immigration raids.
Newsom seeks damages equivalent to the amount Fox paid to settle a defamation lawsuit with Dominion Voting Systems in 2023 after they baselessly lied and mislead there.
