Elon Musk, after leading a chaotic initiative to slash federal jobs, cut aid the world's poorest and generally meddle and mismanage essential government services has decided to completely step away and hand the reigns of the presidency back the orange toddler who was elected.
The irony is Musk didn't even come close his initial target of $2 trillion in savings. First he slashed the target from $2 trillion to $1 trillion. Then dropped it to $150 billion. No one actually fucking knows the reality as the stated savings are not supported by anything that amounts to evidence.
So Elon has decided he might be better focused on Tesla or X/Twitter, the businesses he has personally destroyed with his toxic brand of fascism. Sales continue to be down. Let's get the world's smallest violin out.
As a parting gift Musk expressed his disappointment with Donny's "big beautiful bill". He's also said:
"āIn terms of political spending, Iām going to do a lot less in the future. I think Iāve done enough.ā
