The Mad King Demands More of his Enemies Be Jailed

Donny is a man of petty grievances. Any sign of dissent and you're automatically on the Mad King's enemies list. So it must be getting pretty long now.

This time, Dozy Don has openly called for the imprisonment of Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson and Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker, two of his most vocal critics. Their crime? Daring to oppose his unconstitutional deployment of federal troops and his ongoing mass deportation campaign that’s already turned Illinois into a political battleground.

With armed soldiers from Texas now stationed on Illinois soil — against the state’s will — The Don’s demand for their jailing marks a new low in the country’s descent toward autocracy. The move isn’t about enforcing the law; it’s about sending a message. Defy me, and I will crush you.

The administration insists this is about “law and order,” but the truth is plain: this is rule by intimidation. Donny has long treated power as a blunt instrument, but this public call to imprison elected officials is something even Richard Nixon might have blanched at. It’s the stuff of strongmen and despots — the authoritarian fantasy made real.

Governor Pritzker called the deployment “unlawful and unconstitutional.” He’s right. But The Don doesn’t care about legality, only loyalty. And when loyalty wavers, his response is swift and vicious. Let's not give Donny credit of competence here mind. He's a bitter and feeble old man with a thirst for revenge, and has fallen upwards to a position of high power, despite having none of the qualities the role demands.

The situation in Chicago now reads like a dystopian parable: soldiers on the streets, political enemies threatened with prison, and a president convinced that dissent equals treason. The courts, cowed and complicit, have so far refused to intervene.

The international community is watching in horror as the United States, once a self-proclaimed beacon of democracy, slides further into the abyss of authoritarian rule. The Don’s demand to jail governors and mayors isn’t just rhetoric — it’s a trial balloon for tyranny.

If this is how he wields power now, imagine what he’ll do when there’s no one left brave enough to resist.

SCOTUS Prepares to Bless the Torture of Children

The Supreme Court looks ready to do something so grotesque it barely sounds real: greenlight “conversion therapy” for kids. The case, Chiles v. Salazar, comes courtesy of the Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF) — the far-right Christian legal factory that’s never met a civil right it didn’t want to dismantle. Their argument? That forcing minors into psychological abuse under the guise of religion is actually “free speech.”

Colorado’s 2019 ban on the practice — which every major medical organization in America has condemned as pseudoscientific cruelty — is on the chopping block. And judging by the tone of the questioning, the Supreme Court’s conservative majority seems ready to swing the axe. Because of course they fucking are. They've sided with whatever the Mad King wants since day one.

The justices, most of whom were handpicked or installed under The Don’s shadow, appear far more concerned about the rights of therapists to harm children than about the children themselves.

A ruling in the ADF’s favor would unravel similar bans in more than twenty states, leaving LGBTQ+ youth vulnerable to practices that have been linked to depression, self-harm, and suicide. It’s not “therapy” — it’s trauma with a prayer attached.

The Don’s fingerprints may not be on this case directly, but his legacy is smeared all over it. This is the court he built: one that treats cruelty as conviction and oppression as freedom. His administration rolled back LGBTQ+ protections, banned transgender troops, and filled the federal bench with zealots who see equality as a sin.

Now, the fruits of that labor are ripening — and rotting — in the open. The ADF, emboldened by a judiciary reshaped in Trump’s image, is using “religious liberty” as a crowbar to pry open the door for state-sanctioned abuse.

If the Court overturns Colorado’s law, it won’t just be a defeat for LGBTQ+ rights; it will be an endorsement of the idea that faith can justify harm — that ideology trumps evidence, and that children’s suffering is acceptable collateral in the culture war.

For The Don and his disciples, that’s not a bug. It’s the point.
